Beside Myself

I took a pic in Photo Booth, which does not have very high resolution. However, in combination with another of my photographs, I quite like it. On the next version of Bright Thoughts I doubled myself, feeling quite science fictiony as I saw the effect. The spellcheck wants me to change that word, but it sounds right. Fictiony gives the word a twist; fictionish sounds like a concoction you would feed someone with no teeth.

Beside Myself

A different coloration gives it a different feel, hence a new title.

Moonlit Thoughts

I have to smile, looking at these. I look rather like a winsome teddy bear, waiting for a hug from eager little arms.

About CarolWiebe

Art entices, inspires, and delights me. Art is a vehicle for laughter, tears, wonder, enlightenment--taking me on a constant path of discovery. You can't say that about housework (except, perhaps, for the crying part).

Great job with all three of them Carol!

I will probably do this more often–it’s a fun way to play with different photos that I take, while doing “self portraits.”

Thanks, Diane. I will have to get a smile into my self portraits though–friends tell me I always look “too serious” in the ones I choose to show.
