It’s Never Just Black and White

I worked all day on Finding the Door to My Secret Garden, but am not ready to show it yet. There are a few little details that are bothering me, and the paint is still wet. You cannot take a photo of a painting when the paint is wet.

So, let me show you a black & white painting I did the other day. You can’t get much simpler, but I really like it. The marks are from one of my carved stamps.

About CarolWiebe

Art entices, inspires, and delights me. Art is a vehicle for laughter, tears, wonder, enlightenment--taking me on a constant path of discovery. You can't say that about housework (except, perhaps, for the crying part).

Hi Carol! I love your art & humour! About how many hours a day do you spend in your “studio” . You are too young to be retired! hugs, Lynda [doll class 2011]
