A Stained Piece of Cardboard

This has to be one of the most unlikely objects that any sane person would list as something they’d like a photograph of. However, as you will see tomorrow, I went crazy on this image in Photoshop Elements because I loved the results so much. It didn’t even matter that the photo was out of focus. I wish I had taken a few more photos, to solve that focus issue, but often things are moving and opportunities are fleeting, so one takes a fast snapshot and moves on.

Stained cardboard

About CarolWiebe

Art entices, inspires, and delights me. Art is a vehicle for laughter, tears, wonder, enlightenment--taking me on a constant path of discovery. You can't say that about housework (except, perhaps, for the crying part).

  1. but the artist retains some something about what was there. Often that image comes back in another form, and if not–it’s the thrill of seeing beauty in unexpected places that gives us such joy!

I LOVE hearing from you!
