That day job really cuts into my art making!

Today I was at work from 8am until 6pm. That is not unusual.

I did manage to make a leftover paint painting. Whenever there’s leftover paint from another project, I use it up in a slapdash manner. It’s amazing how many of these become the basis for a painting I really like. I also take pics and use them in digital design papers.

About CarolWiebe

Art entices, inspires, and delights me. Art is a vehicle for laughter, tears, wonder, enlightenment--taking me on a constant path of discovery. You can't say that about housework (except, perhaps, for the crying part).

I had the same thing going on until a couple of years ago. Found that even in my unemployed state I don’t have enough time to do all the art I want to do! It amazes me how whole days slip away from me while I play! I’m often just getting around to cleaning out the dishwasher when hubby comes through the door after work!

I LOVE hearing from you!
